'Do you have a will?  When was the last time you updated it?  Do you know how much Canada Revenue will take if you don’t have a will?  Is the contact info for your executors and beneficiaries still current?  Can you set up your will so that your beneficiaries will have less to pay in estate taxes?  How can you make the process of executing your wishes as direct and simple as possible?  If you haven’t updated your will in the past 3-5 years, or if any of the information in it is outdated, there are always new laws and regulations, often new information and legal matters that you will want to know.

If you want some insights into why you need a will, why it needs to be current, and what you need to be aware of, come to our Wills Information session on Wed., April 9th at 3:30 pm, St. Philip Anglican Church, 1797 Cedar Road, in Cedar.  There will be a nominal charge of $10 a person, coffee and tea will be on.  Come out and hear Martin Sanderson of Robson, O’Connor, a local wills specialist, talk about some fundamental issues that we all need to be aware of.  Invite your family and friends to come along - it may be a great starting point for discussions later on.

Tickets are available or at the door.'
